Temporary Employee Hiring Guidelines

1. Temporary Employment Application

Temporary employment candidates can submit an application online, or at any of our office locations. The employment application asks for detailed information regarding job skills, work experience, education, employment references, etc.

If you have a current resume, please submit it along with your completed employment application.

We will also need two forms of ID. Examples of acceptable forms of ID include a current driver’s license or government-issued ID along with either a certified birth certificate, social security card or passport.

2. Employment interview and skills assessment

After your application is submitted, we will schedule an interview with you to help us find the position that matches your skills and goals. During the interview, we will gather information about your abilities and the type of position you are seeking. Please plan on being with us for up to 1.5 hours for the interview and assessment process.

3. Company placement evaluation

Depending on the position we mutually select, you may be asked to tour and interview with company management and discuss job duties, expectations and safety issues.

For many positions, this company evaluation ensures that you have the information you need to be successful in your temporary position.

4. Placement

After the interview and assessment process is complete, we will then discuss whether the position is the right fit.
